Leaders In Training are an integral part of the Engage Love Experience. They are students who have taken the class before, who are dedicated to using the Loving Tools in their lives and come to serve the new students and deepen in their own process. In service, they chose to come a half hour before class to help set up and participate in the creation of a team. As a team, they’re dedicated to making the students as comfortable as possible. With the raise of a hand they will bring tissues, pillows, blankets, water, snacks, or hugs. They’re trained to serve people in their process and stay in close communication with the teachers. They’re always quick to give a smile and share their loving experience freely. We are grateful for their love, their service, and their dedication.

	Michelle Oviedo After taking the Engage Love class for the first time, the tools I had acquired from the class had become such a profound part of my life that I wanted a way to share my insights and wisdom around my experiences with others, as well as continue to integrate what I've learned with a like-minded community. Being a leader in training allows me to do all that, as well as learn from others who are experiencing the class for the first time. It's an awesome experience.
	Luis Cerda As an educator who is also a learner, I am currently on my second series of classes as a Leader in Training for Engage Love. The following comments will illuminate the question: Why? Imagine what your world, everybody's world, will be like when you begin to let your heart inform the way you live your life, the manner in which you speak, the spirit in which you hear another's words, the presence with which you show up in your life, on this, your planet - that vision begins to take form, when you Engage Love. In my experience, Engage Love enriches, deepens, and expands my soul's horizons as it sweetly complements the learning already gleaned along my path. Keith gives me tools that are born of the universal language of the heart and my heart opens, like Rumi's rose, because this is so.
	Ray Gee I am a leader in training and taking the Engage Love course series for the second time....because well, some things are challenging to put into words, as is my Engage Love experience. Seems most of my life I have been searching and responding to a calling to either be a teacher or minister in some form or another. Trying on a religion or spiritual teaching, wanting to BELIEVE and surrender to the passion of conviction 100%. I just couldn't sign on the dotted line. Something didn't feel right. My love and trust in Keith led me to take the Engage Love course. My whole life has shifted. Since for me, it was not about "getting" it or "believing" or even "trying" for that matter. It was more of "letting go" and doing the homework assignments. The Engage Love Experience became my experience. It is now a part of me and I am looking forward to living it fully and sharing it passionately! Thank you Keith. I Love You.
